I, Marcus Petriw of Petriw Creative offer professional freelance copywriting and management services including, but not limited too, website content, blog posts, email campaigns, social media content, and marketing materials.

Account Creation: You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the website, or submit a form for consultation. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify me immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the website. You also agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any parts of the website or any systems or networks connected to the website.

4. Payment Terms

Fees: Fees for services will be agreed upon before the commencement of any project. Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement.
Payment Method: Payments can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed upon.
Late Payments: In the event of late payment, Petriw Creative reserves the right to charge interest on the overdue amount at a rate of 10% per month.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content created by Petriw Creative remains the intellectual property of Marcus Petriw until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, the intellectual property rights will be transferred to the client.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information obtained from the other party that is marked as confidential or that ought reasonably to be considered confidential.

7. Termination

Termination by Client: You may terminate the services at any time by providing written notice to Petriw Creative. Any fees paid for services rendered up to the point of termination are non-refundable.
Termination by Petriw Creative: Petriw Creative reserves the right to terminate services if you breach any of these terms or if the services cannot be continued due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

No Warranty: The website and services are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. Petriw Creative does not guarantee that the website will be available at all times or that the services will meet your expectations.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petriw Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the website or services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of my servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the website.
